Having the opportunity to work with some brilliant students during these sessions was fabulous. The students needed headshots for their portfolios and their tutor asked myself and another photographer my good friend Andrew Breading if we would be interested in shooting this. Of course we said yes!
We used the studio and we went outside so we were able to give the students a variety of photographs for their portfolios. It was interesting working in a couple of different locations as it meant we could experiment in poses the students wanted. Despite each student only needing 3 photos we came away with 8-10 for each student.
The students were brilliant and it was fantastic to photograph so many personalities at once. There was such a buzz going on and I was living on that high for a few days! Getting to meet lots of different people is one of the reasons that I love being a photographer.
